At the base of the soaring 150-foot vaulted glass roof, this grand public plaza is one of the most engaging civic spaces in Philadelphia. The exteriors of Verizon Hall and Perelman Theater create a sophisticated backdrop for any social or corporate event, and the multi-tiered lobby can accommodate large and small groups.

Located on the First Tier, this versatile entertainment suite is designed as one large or two smaller function areas. Designed with simple, clean lines, the space can be dressed up for social occasions or kept simple for meetings or other corporate events.

Acoustically designed for choral rehearsals and concert preparation, the Rendell Room is beautifully appointed for events, parties and receptions. The space boasts 25-foot ceilings and elegant hardwood floors.

The rooftop garden is an indoor oasis. Located atop the Perelman Theater, this park like space offers a spectacular view of Philadelphia's skyline and the Avenue of the Arts.

Located on the second tier, it has a spectacular interior view of the striking Kimmel Center architecture as well as a large outdoor terrace overlooking Broad Street. Sometimes referred to as a black box theater, Innovation Studio is equipped with hardwood floors, large mirrors and ballet barres. This is an ideal space for experimental productions, special entertaining, rehearsals and meetings.
