Flexible Exchange Policy
Can't make your scheduled concert? Just let us know and we'll be happy to help you find another, more convenient date. This service is free in person at the box office or by mail. For a $5 per ticket fee, we can exchange your tickets over the phone. You'll never miss a show!

Reserved Parking
We have arranged special reserved parking for our subscribers—at a discount! Use your subscription order to pre-arrange a parking space at the Kimmel Center Parking Garage (located right underneath the building) for only $20 per performance. We also offer a discounted rate at the Symphony House garage, one block away. Space is limited, these spots may not be reserved in advance.

Payment Plan Options
As an added convenience, take advantage of our flexible payment plan option. Secure your favorite seats with only a 50% deposit and pay the rest by July 13, 2009. A $10 processing fee applies, and your credit card must be valid through August, 2009.
