
Patron Services Associate
Department: Ticket Philadelphia
Reports to: Patron Services Manager
Status: Part-time, Temporary
Summary:
The Patron Services Associate is responsible for providing superlative customer service to the patrons of all Ticket Philadelphia clients by adhering to the Ticket Philadelphia Standards of Excellence.
Essential Functions:
- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons and clients by adhering to the Ticket Philadelphia Standards of Excellence.
- Selling tickets to all client events; main focus will be on Broadway’s “Wicked” and “Lion King” shows.
- Accurately enter data and process payments.
- Disseminate information regarding various arts organizations and venues.
- Actively up-sell additional offers such as parking, shipping and dinners.
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Tessitura knowledge highly desirable.
- One year of customer service in a retail, call center, or performing arts environment
- Ability to deliver superior customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
- Must be available for 4-6 hours of training from Oct 10-14. Must be available to work 9:30am to 5pm on October 16 and November 6.
Compensation: $14/hour
