Ticket Philadelphia Call Center Operator (part-time)

General Information:

Opportunity for 20 - 30 hours per week.

Daytime, evening and weekend shifts available.

$7.50 per hour starting rate

$8.00 per hour after completing a 30 day probation

$8.75 per hour after 6 months

Skills Needed:

Computer literacy

Customer service or retail experience

Detail oriented

Duties:

Assisting patrons with single event & season ticket purchases by phone.

Disseminating general information relating to various arts organizations and venues.

General office duties such copying, filing, and faxing.
